Getting Started with Your ComfortCrown™ Mask
Follow these simple steps to get the most relief from your ComfortCrown™ Headache Relief Mask:
Step 1: Prepare Your Mask
For cold therapy: Place the mask in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Store in a sealed bag to keep it clean.
For heat therapy: Microwave the mask for 10-15 seconds. Test the temperature before applying to ensure it's comfortable.
Step 2: Apply the Mask
Apply the warm mask to your forehead or another painful area.
Ideal for relieving muscle pain or bringing relaxation after a stressful day.
The mask is also suitable for children, but only under the supervision of an adult.
For children under 12, we recommend cold therapy, as heat therapy could be too intense for sensitive skin. The usage time should be a maximum of 10 minutes.
Important: Always check the temperature for comfort of the mask before use!
Do not use the mask directly on damaged or irritated skin.
Step 3: Relax and Relief
Lie down in a quiet, dark room for 15-20 minutes. Breathe deeply and allow the therapeutic temperature to ease your headache or migraine.
Care Instructions
- It is recommended to rinse the mask with warm water and mild detergent after use to avoid bacteria or dirt accumulation
- Allow to air dry completely before storing
- Do not puncture or abuse the mask, it will compromise the gel filling.
